At present, Royal Tohfa ships only within India. International shipping, including to the European Union, will be introduced at a later stage.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
This includes order verification, customization (if applicable), and production.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–9 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping offers, when available, are subject to promotional terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
You can use these details to track your shipment until delivery.
Print-on-Demand & Third-Party Fulfillment
Royal Tohfa works with trusted third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners to produce and ship certain products. As a result, items may be shipped in separate packages or from different locations.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
Royal Tohfa is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delays & Service Interruptions
Royal Tohfa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.
